By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, or using any script, model, development model, asset, or other product developed or distributed by BC Designs, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
For the purposes of these Terms, “BC Designs Products” includes, but is not limited to:
All BC Designs Products are licensed, not sold.
Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the purchased product in accordance with these Terms and any additional terms provided on the applicable product page.
For scripts and game-ready resources, the license permits use on a FiveM server operated by or on behalf of the purchaser unless otherwise stated.
For models, development models, and other development assets, the license permits the purchaser to use and modify the asset for the creation of their own end product, subject to the redistribution restrictions contained in these Terms.
Purchasing a BC Designs Product does not grant ownership of the original product, source code, model, source model, textures, files, or any associated intellectual property.
BC Designs Products may require a valid license key or other authorization method to function or be accessed.
License keys and product licenses are issued to the original purchaser and may not be sold, transferred, shared, published, or provided to another individual, community, or organization except where explicitly authorized by BC Designs.
You may not attempt to bypass, disable, spoof, modify, circumvent, or otherwise interfere with any licensing, authentication, access-control, or anti-piracy system used by BC Designs.
You may not redistribute, resell, reupload, leak, sublicense, share, or otherwise provide an original BC Designs Product, or substantial portions of its files or source materials, to an unauthorized third party.
This includes, but is not limited to:
Developers or staff members working on behalf of the purchaser may access product files when reasonably necessary to develop or maintain the purchaser's authorized project or server. This access does not grant those individuals a separate license or permission to retain, reuse, sell, distribute, or use the product for another customer, server, community, or project.
BC Designs scripts may be configured and modified for use on the purchaser's authorized server.
You may modify configuration files and any other files intentionally made available for customization.
Where source code is accessible, modifications may be made for the purchaser's authorized use.
Modified scripts remain subject to these Terms and may not be released, sold, shared, sublicensed, leaked, or redistributed without explicit written permission from BC Designs.
Modification of a BC Designs script does not create a new independently distributable product and does not transfer ownership of the original code or intellectual property.
BC Designs models and game-ready assets may be used in accordance with the license provided with the applicable product.
Unless otherwise stated, purchasers may modify an asset for use within their own authorized FiveM server or project.
Permitted modifications may include changes such as textures, liveries, materials, components, vehicle configurations, and other alterations necessary to integrate the asset into the purchaser's project.
Modification does not grant permission to redistribute or resell the original asset or a modified version when the modified product remains substantially derived from the BC Designs Product.
The original BC Designs files may not be extracted from a purchased product and redistributed separately.
Products identified as development models, developer models, source models, or development assets are intended to provide developers with source material from which they may create their own finished products.
Unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page, purchasers of a development model may:

Where commercial distribution of a finished derivative product is permitted, the purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the resulting product contains sufficient original development, modification, configuration, or other work to constitute a finished derivative product rather than redistribution of the underlying development asset.
Ownership of the original BC Designs development model and its underlying intellectual property remains with BC Designs or the applicable rights holder.
BC Designs scripts and game-ready assets may be used as part of the operation of a monetized FiveM server where permitted, provided such use complies with all applicable FiveM/Cfx.re, Rockstar Games, marketplace, and other relevant policies and agreements.
You may not directly resell, sublicense, rent, or otherwise commercially distribute access to a BC Designs script or other product itself unless the applicable product license specifically permits such distribution.
BC Designs Products may not be included as a selling point or transferable component of a server package, development package, resource bundle, or other product being sold or transferred to another party unless explicitly authorized by BC Designs.
Development models may be used commercially to create finished derivative products only where such use is permitted under Section 6 and the applicable product listing or license.
Any permitted commercial use applies only to the purchaser and does not transfer the underlying BC Designs license to the purchaser's customers.
Some BC Designs Products may require, include, or integrate with other BC Designs Products, third-party resources, frameworks, libraries, models, textures, software, or dependencies.
Purchasing one BC Designs Product does not grant a license to any separately licensed BC Designs Product unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Third-party resources, assets, trademarks, libraries, frameworks, and dependencies remain subject to the terms, licenses, and intellectual property rights established by their respective owners.
The purchaser is responsible for complying with any applicable third-party licenses associated with their use or modification of a BC Designs Product.
All BC Designs Products, including their original source code, models, development models, source assets, interfaces, designs, textures, documentation, branding, and other proprietary materials, remain the intellectual property of BC Designs and their respective rights holders where applicable.
These Terms grant a license to use the purchased product. They do not transfer copyright, source ownership, intellectual property rights, or any other ownership interest to the purchaser.
Where a purchaser creates original work using a BC Designs development asset, the purchaser retains whatever rights they may have in their independently created portions of that work. This does not transfer ownership of the underlying BC Designs materials or eliminate the restrictions applicable to those materials.
BC Designs may provide updates, bug fixes, compatibility changes, documentation, revised files, and technical support at its discretion.
Purchase of a product does not guarantee perpetual updates, continued development, technical support, or compatibility with every FiveM artifact, framework, third-party resource, game update, development application, or server configuration.
Modifications made to a BC Designs Product may affect BC Designs' ability to provide technical support.
Support may be limited or refused where an issue results from modifications, unsupported configurations, third-party resources, or use outside the intended purpose of the product.
All BC Designs Products are provided “as is” without warranty, except where otherwise required by applicable law.
BC Designs does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free functionality, or compatibility with every server configuration, framework, resource, modification, third-party dependency, development environment, or software version.
The purchaser is responsible for maintaining appropriate backups before installing, modifying, converting, or otherwise working with a BC Designs Product.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, BC Designs is not responsible for server downtime, data loss, lost revenue, corrupted development files, resource conflicts, incompatibilities, or other direct or indirect damages resulting from the installation, modification, development, conversion, or use of a BC Designs Product.
Violation of these Terms may result in suspension or permanent revocation of the applicable product license.
Leaking, unauthorized redistribution, unauthorized resale, license sharing, attempts to circumvent licensing systems, redistribution of protected source assets, or other material violations may result in immediate termination of the applicable license and access to associated support, updates, downloads, or services.
Revocation or termination of a license does not grant continued rights to use, retain, redistribute, sell, sublicense, or transfer the affected BC Designs Product.
BC Designs reserves the right to take reasonable action to protect its products and intellectual property where unauthorized distribution or use is discovered.
BC Designs reserves the right to update these Terms of Service when necessary.
Updated terms will apply as permitted by applicable law. Material changes affecting existing licenses will be communicated through appropriate BC Designs channels where reasonably required.
Product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase may supplement these Terms. Where a product is provided with additional licensing permissions or restrictions, those product-specific terms will also apply.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, accessing, modifying, or using a BC Designs Product, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not download, install, modify, access, or use BC Designs Products.
BC Designs Products are licensed, not sold. All ownership and intellectual property rights in the original BC Designs materials remain with BC Designs and their respective rights holders where applicable.
